Aufgaben
- Du baust unsere Academy auf – von der Strategie bis zur Implementierung. So ermöglichst du Kunden, Partnern und unserem Team, unsere Produkte schnell und interaktiv zu erlernen, und förderst den kontinuierlichen Wissenstransfer
- Du entwickelst Lernpfade und -module und erarbeitest passende Formate zur Wissensvermittlung
- Du koordinierst die Erstellung hochwertiger Medieninhalte und die Weiterentwicklung der Academy Online-Plattform
- Du konzipierst KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung und nutzt diese zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung
- Du verantwortest unsere interne Wissens- und Skill-Datenbank, die als Basis der Academy dient, und entwickelst diese systematisch weiter
- Als Teil des Delivery- Teams bist du nah dran an der Anwendungspraxis so wie den Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und Partner und bringst diese systematisch in die Weiterentwicklung der Academy ein
- Mit dem Product- Team stimmst du ab, wie neue Features in die Academy aufgenommen werden und welche Features das Onboarding und Learning vereinfachen können
Qualifikation
- Ca. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Aufbau von Academy- und Learning-Formaten im B2B SaaS-Umfeld
- Nach gewiesene Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Produkte schnell zu durchdringen und didaktisch aufzubereiten
- Strategische Klarheit und die Fähigkeit, strategische Leitlinien in einem komplexen Umfeld schnell in operative Erfolge zu verwandeln
- Erfahrung mit gängigen LMS-Plattformen sowie damit, wie Wissensvermittlung durch KI-Lösungen skaliert werden kann
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer relevanten Disziplin (z.B. Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien-/Kommunikationswissenschaften, Informatik)
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sehr gutes Englisch (mind.C1)
