Inanna Wellness ist ein privates Haus für Ästhetik und Wohlbefinden in der Charlottenstraße in Berlin-Mitte. Wir arbeiten leise und präzise, mit feinem Handwerk und sorgfältig gewählten Methoden, im Rhythmus unserer Gäste.

Ihre Arbeit bei Inanna Wellness

Sie begleiten unsere Gäste auf dem Weg zu sichtbarer Verfeinerung von Haut und Haar. Ihre Arbeit verbindet feines Handwerk, das über Generationen weitergegeben wurde, mit sorgfältig gewählten, wissenschaftlich fundierten Methoden der modernen Ästhetik. Technologie verstärkt, was Hände beginnen. Hände geben dem Ergebnis Eleganz.

Sie arbeiten in einem kleinen Team von fünf Menschen, unter der fachlichen Leitung von Chantal Däumig, Meisterin des Hauses.

Bei uns hat jede Behandlung ihre Zeit, in der Regel eine volle Stunde. Wir arbeiten mit wenigen Gästen und der Sorgfalt, die jede Begegnung verdient, nicht mit vielen Terminen am Tag. Was zählt, ist die Genauigkeit der Arbeit und die Aufmerksamkeit für den Menschen vor Ihnen.

Ihre Arbeit hinterlässt mehr als ein sichtbares Ergebnis. Sie gibt den Menschen, die zu uns kommen, Zeit für sich und das Gefühl, in Ruhe gesehen zu werden.

Ihre Schwerpunkte:

• Sie analysieren Haut und Kopfhaut präzise und geben daraus eine klare, persönliche Empfehlung (Canfield VISIA®, HairMetrix®).
• Sie gestalten handgeführte Gesichtsrituale (Biologique Recherche®) und beherrschen traditionelle Liftingtechniken (Kobido®, Sculptural Face Lifting™).
• Sie setzen nicht-invasive Technologie dort ein, wo sie die Arbeit der Hände ergänzt: Ultraschall (LDM® Triple), Radiofrequenz (INDIBA® Elite NS) und LED-Phototherapie (Dermalux® Tri-Wave MD).
• Sie führen fortgeschrittene Hautbehandlungen mit Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt durch, darunter Microneedling (Candela Exceed™) und chemische Peelings (VI Peel®).
• Sie übernehmen die dauerhafte Haarentfernung mit Laser (Alma Soprano Titanium®) und Nadelepilation (Apilus®).
• Mit sanfter Körperarbeit und manueller Lymphdrainage sorgen Sie für Entspannung und Wohlbefinden (Dr. Vodder®, Esalen®).
• Sie begleiten Menschen in besonderen Lebensphasen mit Würde und Achtsamkeit (MamiSpa®, OncoSpa®).

Ihr Einstieg:

Damit Sie gut ankommen, gestalten wir Ihren Start mit Sorgfalt: ein strukturiertes Onboarding, persönliche Mentorinnen und regelmäßige Entwicklungsgespräche begleiten Sie. Die ersten sechs Monate verstehen wir als gemeinsame Zeit, in der beide Seiten sicher werden.

Qualifikation

Was Sie mitbringen

Sie sind staatlich geprüfte Kosmetikerin, ob am Anfang Ihres Weges oder mit Erfahrung aus dem Spa-, Klinik- oder Hotelumfeld. Präzision, Ästhetik und Achtsamkeit prägen Ihre Arbeit.

Diese Position ist als Teilzeitstelle mit 50 Prozent angelegt. Bei beiderseitigem Wunsch kann sie sich zu Beginn des Jahres 2027 zu einer Vollzeitstelle entwickeln.

NiSV-Zertifikate bringen Sie mit oder erwerben sie zeitnah mit unserer Unterstützung.

Deutsch beherrschen Sie muttersprachlich oder auf vergleichbarem Niveau, Englisch sicher. Weitere Sprachen sind willkommen.

Diskretion ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Sie arbeiten gern in einem kleinen Kreis, begegnen Menschen mit Ruhe und Aufmerksamkeit und entwickeln sich gern weiter.
