Hi, I'm Sky, based in San Francisco, working remote. I turn messy data into clean, usable files. Everything here is AI-assisted - built with an AI research agent, every row/page QA-checked before delivery - which is why it's fast and cheap, and you still get a human check on every file that goes out.
**What I do**
- **Spreadsheet / CSV cleanup and restructuring:** dedupe, normalize names / phones / addresses / dates, merge files, fix or add formulas, split or combine columns, plus a change log of what was touched. per file up to 5k rows, for multi-file jobs or a simple dashboard.
- **Documents to structured data:** invoices, receipts, PDFs, scans or forms into a clean CSV / Excel with the columns you specify. up to 50 pages, up to 200 pages.
- **Sourced research sheets and briefs:** vendor, supplier, property, competitor or prospect lists with a source URL on every row, or a one-page research brief with sources. per 10-row sheet or 1-page brief, for 25+ rows.
- **Prospect lists for outreach:** the decision maker by name, deliverability-checked work email, direct phone where available, LinkedIn. per 100 contacts, per 250, per 500. Four paid lists delivered this month.
**Rate:** /hr, or the flat prices above (most jobs are flat, and I'll tell you which before starting).
**How it works:** you send the file(s) or the spec, I send back a preview (the first 20 rows or the first 3 pages) so you can check the format, you pay on approval via PayPal, and the full file follows within 24-48h. Every delivery comes with row counts, a blanks and dedupe report, and a 10-row spot check against the sources. Anything I got wrong gets fixed at no charge.
**Not for me:** essays or homework, anything that needs your logins or systems, translation, voice or video, and files with sensitive personal data (SSNs, card numbers, medical records).
