Help shape how Ingestro is seen in the market by contributing ideas for new content formats, landing page experiments, growth campaigns, SEO/AEO visibility, and more
Support in experimenting with new approaches to building our brand, attracting leads, converting web visitors, and keeping customers engaged
Look into market trends, competitors, and what customers care about, and turn insights into actionable takeaways for the entire team
Work side by side with sales, product, and the founders – short feedback loops, real ownership, fast learning

You are familiar with the software industry and how SaaS businesses work
You are fluent in English (with German language skills a plus)
You have worked with content management systems (CMS), like WordPress or Webflow, and have a basic technical understanding of how websites work behind the scenes (e.g., SEO, AI )
You are a team player with a strong balance between creativity and execution
You have strong communication skills and are confident in expressing ideas clearly
You bring a hands-on mindset and are not afraid to test, build, fail, and improve
You are interested in B2B marketing, growth, branding, or content
🤩 What we have in store for you!
An opportunity to become part of a mission-driven team and take over your projects and responsibilities right away
A competitive and fair compensation
Attractive offices located in Hamburg
A casual environment with like-minded people
Modern IT infrastructure (Mac, latest AI tooling, and much more)
