Role Overview:

Du unterstützt unser Finance-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bekommst dabei einen umfassenden Einblick in die Finanzprozesse eines wachsenden Tech-Unternehmens. Von der Buchhaltung über das Projektreporting bis hin zum Zahlungsverkehr – du arbeitest hands-on mit und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Zahlen stimmen und unsere Prozesse besser werden. Tasks

• Sicherstellen der Qualität der Buchhaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse
• Bearbeitung und Buchen von Eingangs­rech­nungen
• Unterstützung beim monatlichen und jährlichen Abschluss, insbesondere bei der Rechnungsprüfung und der Finanzberichterstattung
• Tägliche Pflege unseres Umsatz -/ Projekt Reportings (Übersicht und Tracking von Projekt Budgets)
• Unterstützung des Teams bei allen Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts
• Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Cashflow-Management

Requirements

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/f/d) und hast in der Woche 8-10 Stunden Zeit für eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit im Finance & Accounting Bereich
• Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Finance, Accounting und Controlling etc.
• Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verantwortlichkeit
• (Sehr) gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Excel/ Google Sheets
• Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
