MSW ist eine mittelständische Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mit Sitz in Stuttgart am Pragsattel. Mit rund 20 Mitarbeitenden sind wir groß genug für abwechslungsreiche Mandate und klare Entwicklungsperspektiven und gleichzeitig klein genug für ein persönliches, kollegiales Miteinander.

Aufgaben

Prüfen mit Substanz. Der MSW-Effekt.

Bei uns betreust du deine Prüfungsmandate über Jahre und kennst die Unternehmen hinter den Zahlen. Du arbeitest mit kurzen Wegen zu den Partnern, übernimmst früh Verantwortung und begleitest deine Mandate auch über die reine Abschlussprüfung hinaus. Getreu dem Motto „eigenständig, aber nie allein“ gestalten wir gemeinsam dein individuelles Tätigkeitsprofil:

• Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen
• Prüfungsnahe Beratung sowie betriebswirtschaftliche und steuerliche Fragestellungen
• Erstellung von Prüfungsberichten und gutachterlichen Stellungnahmen
• Ansprechpartner für Mandanten in bilanziellen und prüfungsrelevanten Fragen
• Fachliche Begleitung und Entwicklung von Prüfungsassistenten
• Mitwirkung an der weiteren Digitalisierung unserer Prüfungsprozesse

Qualifikation

Wir suchen Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die ihre Mandate verstehen und mitdenken. Klare Strukturen, ein überschaubares Mandantenportfolio und echte Teamarbeit sorgen dafür, dass deine Erfahrung voll wirkt.

Idealerweise bringst du mit:

• Erfolgreich abgelegtes Wirtschaftsprüferexamen oder ein weit fortgeschrittenes Examensverfahren
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Verlässlichkeit und hohe fachliche Sorgfalt
• Wohnort in Stuttgart oder gut erreichbarer Umgebung
