Complete Organics macht Fermentation alltagstauglich. Wir entwickeln und produzieren fermentierte Bio-Lebensmittel mit aktiven Kulturen, die Genuss, Einfachheit und bewusste Ernährung verbinden und machen sie zu einem selbstverständlichen Teil des Alltags.
Dafür entwickeln wir unsere Marke konsequent weiter – von klaren Narrativen und Nutzungsideen bis zur wirksamen Übersetzung in alle relevanten Kanäle. Wir suchen eine kreative Persönlichkeit, die unser Content-Team unterstützt und ein starkes Interesse an Food-Themen mitbringt. Du wirst eine Schlüsselrolle dabei spielen, unsere Präsenz auf verschiedenen Plattformen zu pushen und relevante Inhalte zu kreieren.
Aufgaben
- Contenterstellung für Social-Media-Plattformen wie Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok und YouTube
- Bildbearbeitung & Retusche für E-Commerce, Social Media und Marketingmaterialien
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Bild- und Videopools
- Kontinuierliche Analyse von Social-Media-Trends sowie Ableitung relevanter Insights für die Positionierung unserer Produkte
- Verfassen von Blogartikeln zu relevanten Themen rund um Ernährung, Gesundheit, Lebensmittel und Rezepte für unsere Webseite
- Entwicklung von Rezepten mit unseren Produkten
- Betreuung und Pflege der Online Community durch aktive Kommunikation, Beantwortung von Anfragen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Content und Social Media Strategie
- Webseiten Pflege – Produktinformationen updaten, Bilder austauschen, FAQs erweitern uvm.
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Messen
Qualifikation
- Student:in im Bereich Design, Marketing, Kommunikation, Journalismus, Ernährungswissenschaften oder einer verwandten Studienrichtung
- Kreativität und Leidenschaft für Storytelling, Social Media und Content Creation insbesondere Videos
- sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft vor der Kamera zu stehen
- Interesse an Fermentation, ausgewogenen Ernährungsstil und Kochen
- erste Erfahrungen mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (z.B. Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) und Canva
- Du kannst selbstständig arbeiten und fühlst dich im Team genauso wohl
