Der ITCS ist Tech-Konferenz, Jobmesse und Festival in einem. Wir veranstalten unsere Events in mehreren Städten in Deutschland und verbinden Tech, Karriere und Community auf eine Art, die man so nicht überall findet.

Unsere WordPress-Webseite ist das Herzstück unserer Events. Aussteller pflegen dort Firmenprofile, Speaker, Vorträge und Stellenanzeigen. Wir wollen diese Daten stärker mit Automatisierungen, APIs und KI-Workflows verbinden und genau dafür suchen wir dich.

Bei uns arbeitest du direkt mit der Geschäftsführung, unserem externen Webentwickler und dem Event-Team zusammen. deine Ergebnisse sollen nicht in der Schublade landen, sondern in echten Workflows und auf unseren Events sichtbar werden.

Aufgaben

Deine Mission (wenn du sie annimmst)

• du entwickelst unsere WordPress-Seite weiter (Theme: Voxel): kleinere Anpassungen, Formulare, Templates und neue Funktionen
• du arbeitest mit Schnittstellen. Über die WordPress REST API sollen Daten wie Speaker, Vortragstitel und Firmenprofile automatisiert in interne Arbeitslisten fließen
• du erstellst und betreust Automatisierungen mit Make.com und KI-Tools wie Claude und ChatGPT
• du testest Änderungen sauber auf einer Staging-Umgebung, dokumentierst deine Arbeit und achtest auf Backups
• du unterstützt beim Aufbau kleiner interner Tools, Skripte oder Workflows, die wiederkehrende Aufgaben effizienter gestalten
• du stimmst dich mit unserem externen Webentwickler, dem Event-Team und der Geschäftsführung ab
• du bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir Website, Datenflüsse und AI-Workflows smarter verbinden können

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest:

• Grundkenntnisse in WordPress sowie in PHP oder JavaScript; HTML und CSS sollten dir vertraut sein
• Grundverständnis von REST APIs oder die Motivation, dich schnell und pragmatisch einzuarbeiten
• eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise. du dokumentierst, was du baust, und testest sorgfältig
• Neugier auf KI-Tools und Lust, sie produktiv einzusetzen statt nur auszuprobieren
• gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weil viele interne Prozesse und Inhalte auf Deutsch laufen
• Bereitschaft, regelmäßig in unser Office in Frankfurt am Main zu kommen. Homeoffice ist nach Absprache möglich

Pluspunkte sind:

• Erfahrung mit Elementor oder dem WordPress-Theme Voxel
• Erfahrung mit Automatisierungsplattformen wie Make, n8n oder Zapier
• Python-Kenntnisse für Skripte, Datenverarbeitung oder kleine interne Tools
