Pflegewächter ist eine der führenden Anlaufstellen in Deutschland, wenn es um Pflegegrad und Pflegeberatung geht. Wir unterstützen pflegebedürftige Menschen und ihre Angehörigen dabei, den Pflegegrad zu überprüfen, Fehlentscheidungen korrigieren zu lassen und die Pflege zu organisieren. Unsere Arbeit wird mittlerweile auch von Medien und Partnern als Experten-Stimme im Pflegebereich wahrgenommen.

Damit noch mehr Menschen von uns erfahren, suchen wir dich: eine:n kreative:n Werkstudent:in, die:der unsere Themen auf Social Media zum Leben erweckt. Du verstehst, wie Facebook, TikTok, Youtube& Co. ticken, und hast Lust, ein wichtiges gesellschaftliches Thema modern, nahbar und reichweitenstark zu erzählen.

Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst, planst und erstellst Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (z. B. Facebook, TikTok, Youtube) - von der Idee bis zum fertigen Post.
  • Du produzierst Reels, kurze Videos und Grafiken, die unsere Pflegethemen verständlich und ansprechend transportieren.
  • Du schreibst Captions, Hooks und Texte, die zu unserer Zielgruppe passen.Du behältst Trends, Formate und relevante Themen im Blick und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein.
  • Du betreust die Community: Du beantwortest Kommentare und Nachrichten und baust den Austausch mit unseren Followern aus.
  • Du wertest Kennzahlen aus und hilfst uns, unsere Inhalte kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Qualifikation

  • Du hast ein Auge für Design, hast bereits mit Canva, CapCut o.ä. gearbeitet und privat Videos für Social-Media geschnitten
  • Identifikation mit unserer Vision und Werten und einem unschlagbaren StartUp-Spirit
  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (z. B. Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation – oder einfach mit großer Leidenschaft für Social Media).
  • Du lebst auf Social Media und weißt, was funktioniert – idealerweise hast du bereits selbst Content erstellt.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, zuverlässig und bringst eigene Ideen mit.
