Als Werkstudent/in bei Mountainero übernimmst du eigenständig alle KI-Themen im Unternehmen. Du arbeitest täglich mit Claude, setzt reale Projekte um und bringst unsere Prozesse auf ein neues Level. Keine PowerPoint-Schlachten, kein Theorieseminar – bei uns landen deine Ergebnisse direkt im Einsatz.

Mountainero ist ein wachsendes E-Commerce-Unternehmen für funktionale Outdoor-Leggings. Wir sind ein kleines Team mit kurzen Wegen, und wir suchen jemanden, der Lust hat, den KI-Bereich bei uns von Grund auf mitzugestalten.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von KI-Projekten mit Claude (z. B. Aufbau eines eigenen Warenwirtschaftssystems)
• Arbeiten mit Claude Skills, Agenten und Subagenten zur Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Workflows im Terminal und in der Claude-Umgebung
• Identifikation von Bereichen im Unternehmen, in denen KI echten Mehrwert schafft
• Testen, Iterieren und Dokumentieren deiner Lösungen, damit das Team sie nutzen kann
• Enge Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung zu Prioritäten und neuen Ideen

Qualifikation

• Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung mit Claude – Skills, Agenten, Subagenten und Prompt Engineering sind keine Fremdwörter für dich
• Du arbeitest sicher im Terminal und hast keine Berührungsängste mit Code und Kommandozeile
• Du packst an: Du willst nicht nur verstehen, sondern umsetzen
• Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und kannst dich selbst organisieren – die Stelle ist fast vollständig remote
• Du bist der Typ Mensch, der sich in der Freizeit freiwillig in neue KI-Tools und Projekte reinfuchst – nicht weil du musst, sondern weil es dich begeistert
• Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in und suchst eine langfristige Werkstudententätigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Du wohnst im Raum Süddeutschland / München, um dich gelegentlich persönlich zu treffen und z. B. unser Logistiklager kennenzulernen
