In a nutshell:
Wir suchen dich als Werkstudent*in HR, wenn du dafür brennst Menschen durch deine kommunikativen Skills und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise zu begeistern. Wir sind von 30 auf über 80 Mitarbeitende innerhalb eines Jahres und so soll es weitergehen. Baue mit uns eine perfekte Employee & Onboarding Journey neuer Materanis. Arbeite mit uns in Berlin im Office oder flexibel hybrid. Starte ab sofort oder in den nächsten 3 Monaten.
Aufgaben
Deine Rolle bei Matera:
- Du gestaltest das Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder – vom ersten Kontakt bis zum ersten Arbeitstag.
- Du organisierst unser Office-Life – Materialbestellungen, Arbeitsplatz-Setups & alles, was den Laden am Laufen hält
- Neben deinen Kernaufgaben packst du auch bei administrativen Themen wie Payroll und Vertragsanpassungen mit an
- Du planst Team-Events & Offsites – ob Lunch & Learn, Summer Party oder unsere regelmäßigen MATERA Nights
- Du arbeitest eng mit deiner Team Lead HR Cindy, unserer Werkstudentin im HR Chantal sowie unserem Recruiter Steffen zusammen – aber bekommst viel Verantwortung für deine eigenen Projekte

Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit:
- Du hast Spaß an zielführender Kommunikation sowie Personalthemen und möchtest hier eine Menge dazulernen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, detailliert und kannst dich gut organisieren
- Nice to have: Du hast erste Erfahrung mit HR Themen durch ein Studium oder Ausbilung
- Must have: Du sprichst deutsch auf C2 Niveau und fließend Englisch
