Du organisierst gern, behältst auch bei vielen kleinen To-dos den Überblick und hast Lust, echte Events nicht nur vom Schreibtisch aus, sondern auch vor Ort mitzuerleben? Dann könnte das hier gut zu dir passen.

Der ITCS ist Tech-Konferenz, Jobmesse und Festival in einem. Wir veranstalten unsere Events in mehreren Städten in Deutschland und verbinden Tech, Karriere und Community auf eine Art, die man so nicht überall findet.

Für unser Team in Frankfurt suchen wir eine*n Werkstudent*in im Event- und Projektmanagement für ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche. Du unterstützt uns bei der Vorbereitung, Organisation und Umsetzung unserer Veranstaltungen im Office in Frankfurt und bei unseren Events vor Ort.

Social-Media-Affinität ist dabei sehr willkommen, denn rund um unsere Events gibt es immer wieder Inhalte, Einblicke und Themen, die wir nach außen sichtbar machen wollen.

Aufgaben

Was du bei uns machst:

• du unterstützt bei der Planung, Koordination und Organisation unserer Tech-Events
• du hilfst bei der Betreuung von Ausstellern, Partnern und Speakern vor und rund um die Events
• du pflegst Listen, Unterlagen, Timings und organisatorische Informationen
• du unterstützt bei Eventmaterialien, Briefings, Checklisten und der Vorbereitung der Messetage
• du arbeitest eng mit Eventmanagement, Sales, Marketing und Technik zusammen
• du bist bei unseren Veranstaltungen vor Ort dabei und unterstützt beim Aufbau, am Messetag und bei organisatorischen Aufgaben
• du hilfst bei Social-Media-Themen rund um unsere Events, z. B. bei Ideen, Content-Vorbereitung, Einblicken vom Event oder einfachen Postings
• du nutzt digitale Tools und gern auch KI-Tools, um Recherche, Textarbeit, Dokumentation und Arbeitsabläufe effizienter zu gestalten

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest:

• du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in
• du hast ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit
• du kannst regelmäßig in unser Office in Frankfurt am Main kommen
• du hast Lust, bei unseren Events in verschiedenen Städten vor Ort mit anzupacken
• dir ist bewusst, dass Eventeinsätze auch Reisetage und Aufbautage umfassen können. Bei Freitagsveranstaltungen in der Regel mindestens Donnerstag und Freitag, ggf. inklusive Rückreise am Samstag
• du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und sorgfältig
• du kommunizierst gern und freundlich mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
• du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere Outlook, Excel und Word
• du hast Interesse an Social Media und ein gutes Gefühl für Inhalte, Sprache und Zielgruppen
• du bist offen für den Einsatz von KI-Tools wie ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI oder ähnlichen Anwendungen

Pluspunkte sind:

• Erste Erfahrung mit Events, Messen, Hochschulgruppen, Vereinen, Gastro, Promotion oder Projektarbeit
• Erfahrung mit Social Media, Canva, Content-Erstellung oder einfachen Grafik-/Videoformaten
• Führerschein Klasse B
