Job Description

Die Projektron GmbH entwickelt und vertreibt die webbasierte Projektmanagement-Software Projektron BCS. Für die Unterstützung unserer europaweit über 820 Kunden sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Software sorgen mehr als 130
Mitarbeiter an fünf Standorten in Deutschland.

Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Hauptstandort in Berlin Werkstudenten für unseren IT Support mit 16 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche.

Aufgaben

Das Team der Technischen Kundebetreuung betreut jährlich 13.000 technische Anfragen und Anpassungen über das in Projektron BCS integrierte Ticketsystem.

Im Rahmen deiner Werkstudententätigkeit erhältst du die Möglichkeit, Praxiserfahrung bei einem der besten Arbeitgeber Berlin-Brandenburgs zu sammeln. In folgenden Bereichen könntest du die Technische Kundenbetreuung unterstützen:

  • Gemeinsames Sichten und Klassifizieren von Tickets, Prüfen der Machbarkeit und Schätzen des Aufwands der Kundenanfragen
  • Bilden einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Kunden, unseren Beratern und der Entwicklung
  • Kommunizieren mit den Key Usern der Kunden und Übernahme des 2nd Level Supports
  • Schreiben von XML-Dateien und Umsetzen der passgenauen Anforderungen mithilfe des Web Config Editors
  • Durchführen von remote Installationen für den Kunden sowie Betreuen der Instanzen unseres automatisierten Hostings

Die mindestens dreimonatige Einarbeitung findet an unserem Hauptsitz in Berlin innerhalb der Semesterferien statt.

Qualifikation

  • Immatrikulation in einer der Fachrichtungen: (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Economics, Business Administration, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder ähnliche
  • Sehr gute Noten im Studium
  • Freundliches Auftreten sowie eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise im Team
  • Interesse an Softwareeinführungsprojekten und Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von Anwendungssoftware von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
