Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst Themen mit echtem Impact statt Routine - wir fokussieren uns gemeinsam auf das, was unser Wachstum wirklich nach vorne bringt.
• Aus Ideen machst Du sichtbare Ergebnisse - über alle relevanten Kanäle hinweg (Content, Social, Paid, CRM, Events).
• Du probierst neue Ansätze aus, misst, was funktioniert, und baust das aus, was wirkt - gerne mit KI und Automation.
• Du arbeitest dort mit, wo Marketing, Produkt sowie KI zusammenkommen, und bringst eigene Hebel ein.
• Was Du konkret anpackst, entscheiden wir gemeinsam - nach Wirkung, Deinen Stärken und dem, was gerade zählt.

Qualifikation

• Echtes Interesse für die Themen Marketing, Produkt, KI, Automation und Events
• Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (Bachelor oder Master). BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder auch ein Bau-Studium mit Begeisterung für Marketing, KI & Co: Hauptsache, das Thema reizt Dich!
• Erste Praxiserfahrung im (digitalen) Marketing ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss - uns sind echte Begeisterung und Eigeninitiative wichtiger als ein langer Lebenslauf
• Starke Hands-on-Mentalität, Lösungsorientierung und Pragmatismus
• Analytisches Denken und Lust, Dinge anhand von Daten zu hinterfragen statt nur aus dem Bauch
• Selbstorganisation und Priorisierung - Du behältst auch neben dem Studium den Überblick
• Offen für Tools wie n8n, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Figma usw. sowie Neugier auf alles Neue
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch (jeweils C Niveau)
• Du bist bereit, für unsere Events & Messen ab und zu nach München zu kommen - hier ist einiges los
