Wir suchen einen Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) als Werkstudent, der Bewerber aus unseren Kampagnen telefonisch betreut, Erstgespräche führt und passende Kandidaten für unsere Kunden vorqualifiziert.

Dabei geht es nicht um langweilige HR-Verwaltung.

Sondern um Kommunikation, Schnelligkeit und moderne Recruitingprozesse.

Du führst telefonische Erstgespräche mit Bewerbern aus unseren Kampagnen.

Du findest heraus:

  • Wer passt wirklich?
  • Wer ist motiviert?
  • Wer eignet sich für unsere Kunden?

Du koordinierst Termine, dokumentierst Gespräche und sorgst dafür, dass Bewerber professionell betreut werden.

Du bist die erste wichtige Ansprechperson im Recruitingprozess.
