Auf dieser Basis sind wir in den letzten drei Jahrzehnten Schritt für Schritt von einer Einzelkanzlei zu einem Team aus über 30 Kollegen an unseren zwei Standorten in Karlsruhe-Neureut und Pfinztal gewachsen.

Genauso überzeugt sind wir davon, dass die Zukunft der Steuerberatung digital ist. Mit Emma, unserer RPA-Lösung, und dem gezielten Einsatz von KI gestalten wir unsere Verwaltungsprozesse schlanker, schneller und smarter. In dieser Struktur bekommst Du die Chance, an realen Automatisierungsprojekten mitzuarbeiten, eigene Ideen einzubringen und praktisch zu erleben, wie KI und RPA in einer Kanzlei wirklich funktionieren.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle – Aufgaben mit Vielfalt und Tiefe.

Bei uns bist Du als Werkstudent (m/w/d) nicht für reine Hilfsarbeiten da, sondern fester Bestandteil unseres Teams für Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kollegen analysierst Du Abläufe, hilfst dabei, KI- und RPA-Lösungen weiterzuentwickeln und siehst direkt, wie aus Deinen Ideen echte Verbesserungen im Kanzleialltag werden. Wir hören zu, trauen Dir Verantwortung zu und geben Dir regelmäßig Feedback, damit Du an Deinen Aufgaben wachsen kannst – fachlich wie persönlich, im richtigen Tempo neben Deinem Studium.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Verwaltungsprozessen
• Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von KI- und RPA-Lösungen
• Dokumentation und Testing von automatisierten Prozessen
• Allgemeine Unterstützung im Projektmanagement

Qualifikation

• Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbar
• Interesse an KI, Automatisierung und digitalen Prozessen
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Erste Kenntnisse in RPA oder Programmierung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
