Aufgaben

• Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Bewertung von Investitionsobjekten
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Präsentationen für Investoren
• Einblicke in die Finanzierungsstruktur von Immobilienprojekten
• Unterstützung im operativen kaufmännischen Immobilienmanagement
• Eigenständige Recherchen und Aufbereitung von immobilienwirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Asset-, Investment- und Finance-Teams

Qualifikation

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling
• Interesse an den Themen Immobilien, Investitionen und Finanzierung
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
