Herrmann´s Manufaktur ist Bio-Pionier bei Tiernahrung seit 2006. Was als Tierschutzprojekt am eigenen Herd begann, ist heute eine Marke mit Herz und Mission: Premium-Bio-Futter für Hunde und Katzen, das wirklich hält, was es verspricht. Und jetzt suchen wir Dich als Werksstudent (m/w/d) für unser Brand Management-Team am Standort München(Remote möglich).

• Markenaufbau live miterleben: Du unterstützt unser Brand Management Team bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Analyse diverser Brand- und Marketingmaßnahmen – von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Launch
• Social Media & Influencer-Marketing in Deiner Hand: Übernimm Verantwortung für eigene kleine Projekte, begleite Kampagnen und lerne, wie man echte Communities aufbaut
• Content Creator Management: Du suchst passende Creator, entwickelst kreative Briefings und betreust unsere Kooperationen – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur finalen Auswertung
• Paid Social Kampagnen auf Meta: Nach umfassendem Einlernen erstellst und optimierst Du eigenständig Paid Social Kampagnen auf Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), testest Creatives, analysierst Performance-Daten und lernst, wie man Budgets effizient einsetzt
• Daten, die wirklich zählen: Erstelle aussagekräftige Reportings, ermittle relevante KPIs und bewerte den Erfolg unserer Maßnahmen – damit wir wissen, was funktioniert (und was nicht)

Was Du mitbringst

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) an einer Hochschule oder Universität im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Brand Management, Marketing oder Social Media? Super! Aber kein Muss – Lernbereitschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität zählen bei uns mehr
• Analytisches & kreatives Denken: Du liebst es, Daten zu knacken UND kreative Ideen zu entwickeln? Perfekt. Bei uns gehört beides zusammen
• Strukturierte & lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise: Du behältst den Überblick, auch wenn's mal turbulent wird, und packst Probleme eigenständig an.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst Deine Ideen klar rüberbringen – egal ob im Teammeeting oder im Chat mit Creatorn
• Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Deutsch ist Pflicht, gutes Englisch ein Plus.
