Zur Verstärkung unserer Produktionsstätte in Gütersloh suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik bzw. einen Kunststofftechnologen (m/w/d), der aktiv unsere Spritzgußanlagen betreuen und optimieren kann.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Rüsten und Einrichten der Spritzgießmaschinen und der daran angrenzenden Prozesse
• Überwachen und Betreuen der Produktionsanlagen (Spritzgussmaschinen)
• Beseitigen von Störungen, Umrüsten (Werkzeugwechsel) und Anfahren der Spritzgussmaschinen
• Optimieren des Fertigungsprozesses (Qualität, Prozessparameter etc.)
• Abmusterung von Neuwerkzeugen
• Erstellung und Dokumentation von Prozess- und Maschinendaten

Qualifikation

Deine Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (Spritzguss), Kunststoffformgeber, Kunststofftechnologe oder ähnliche Qualifikationen
• Erfahrung im selbstständigen Einrichten und Anfahren von Kunststoff-Spritzgussmaschinen sowie in der Optimierung spritztechnischer Prozesse, einschließlich der Produktionsüberwachung
• Erfahrung im Abmustern von Neuwerkzeugen, Wartung und vorbeugender Instandhaltung
• selbstständige, zielorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Kreativität, handwerkliches Geschick und Teamfähigkeit
• MS Office-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
