Aufgaben

• Ausbau des Eigenmarkensortiments
• Verantwortung für Überwachung, Verwaltung und Optimierung unserer Online-Verkäufe und Online-Präsenzen
• Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung der Online-Marktplätze und Online-Shops
• Kontinuierliche Analyse des Kaufverhaltens und der User Experience sowie Ableitung entsprechender Handlungsempfehlungen anhand von Daten und Statistiken und durch Anwendung von Google Analytics und weiteren Tools
• Definierung und Weiterentwicklung der Online-Kanäle in Abstimmung mit Marketing, Vertrieb und IT, sowie die Steuerung und Ausspielung der Werbeaktivitäten insbesondere in Social Media, Google Ads, Google Shopping und anderen relevanten Vermarktungsplätzen
• Anbindung, Kontrolle und Bespielung unseres Angebots in anderen Marktplätzen und Vergleichsportale mit Hilfe von Tools wie Channable, JTL, etc.
• Überwachung und Einführung relevanter Tools und Technologien
• Sortimentsanpassung und Content-Optimierung auf dem Online-Markplatz
• Verantwortlich für die Suchmaschinenoptimierung des Online-Shops und der Angebote

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, E-Commerce-Management, Marketing, Online Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Idealerweise bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce-Management
• Erfahrung mit den gängigen E-Commerce-Tools
• Weitreichende Kenntnisse in Shopware und Tracking-Tools wie Google Analytics
• Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit
• Strukturierte, selbständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Kreativität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Proaktives, lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
