WE DO ist eine inhabergeführte Kommunikationsagentur mit 30 Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Berlin (Hauptsitz) und Hamburg. Unter dem Motto „Nachhaltige Kommunikation mit Inhalt und Haltung“ arbeiten wir für gesellschaftliche Themen.
Du hast deine Ausbildung oder dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bist jetzt auf der Suche nach deinem Berufseinstieg? Wir suchen ab Juni 2026 eine:n Trainee im Bereich Projektmanagement zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Hamburg.
Als Trainee bei WE DO wirst du in 12 Monaten zum:zur Junior Projektmanager:in ausgebildet und lernst durch Training-on-the-Job den Arbeitsalltag einer Agentur kennen — mit echter Verantwortung von Anfang an.
Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest an gesellschaftlichen Kommunikationsprojekten mit — von Prävention bis Energiewende — und bringst Events zum Leben: digital, hybrid und live.
- Du übernimmst eigenständig Teilprojekte und setzt dabei professionelle Projektmanagementtools ein.
- Du entwickelst innovative Konzepte - mit Ideen für Dialogveranstaltungen, SoMe oder Stakeholderkommunikation - für Kunden in Themenfeldern, die wirklich zählen: Demokratie, Infrastruktur, Energiewende, Bildung, Prävention und Nachhaltigkeit.
- Du hältst Projekte in der Spur: Du organisierst Meetings, koordinierst Abstimmungen und behältst Timings und Deadlines im Blick.
- Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister, behältst Budgets im Blick und arbeitest mit KPIs.
- Du begleitest Kund:innen inhaltlich und organisatorisch — vom Briefing bis zum Meeting. Präzise, verlässlich und vorausschauend.
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Kommunikation, Projektmanagement, BWL, Sozial- oder Politikwissenschaften.
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in einer Agentur oder vergleichbaren Umgebung — Praktika zählen.
- Idealerweise Know-how zu erneuerbaren Energien, Infrastrukturprojekten oder Präventionsprogrammen.
- Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit politischen Akteur:innen — z. B. Landes- und Kommunalpolitik, Ministerien, Bundesbehörden, Parteien oder politischen Stiftungen.
- Strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Organisationstalent und einem Gespür für Zahlen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
