Aufgaben

Du liebst Vertrieb? Du telefonierst lieber, statt Mails zu schreiben? Und ein “Nein” ist für Dich nur der Anfang des Gespräches. Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!
Als zentraler Bestandteil unseres Sales Teams unterstützt Du die Idee des performanceorientierten Online-Marketings und trägst maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Vertriebsstrategien bei. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Gewinnung umsatzstarker Advertiser für unser Affiliate-Marketing-Netzwerk.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du gewinnst neue Geschäftskund*innen für unser Affiliate-Marketing-Netzwerk und treibst unser Wachstum aktiv voran.
• Du präsentierst unser Netzwerk überzeugend, betreust Leads strukturiert und führst sie sicher bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
• Du verantwortest den gesamten Sales-Zyklus, von der ersten Ansprache bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an das Account-Management-Team.
• Du erreichst und übertriffst Deine Verkaufsziele und KPIs durch strategische Planung und eine proaktive Vertriebsansprache.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Deinem Team zusammen und stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit der Team- und Geschäftsleitung.

Qualifikation

• Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Quereinsteiger*innen sind herzlich willkommen.
• Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Affiliate- oder Digital-Marketing mit.
• Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und bist stark engagiert, einen überragenden Kundenservice zu bieten.
• Du treibst den Sales-Prozess konsequent voran und verlierst auch bei komplexen Deals nie den Fokus auf den Abschluss.
• Du denkst strategisch und kannst Markttrends analysieren und in Wettbewerbsvorteile umwandeln.
