Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte in den Bereichen Integration, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Betriebsübergabe
• Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Koordination zwischen Kunden und internen Teams zur Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Umsetzung
• Einrichtung von Linux-basierten Edge-Geräten mit Ubuntu Pro sowie Konfiguration industrieller I/O-, Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkomponenten
• Abstimmung und Umsetzung der Konfiguration von Alarmierungs- und Krisenmanagementlösungen in der Cloud gemeinsam mit dem Kunden, unter Berücksichtigung organisatorischer und technischer Anforderungen
• Planung und Begleitung von Remote-Inbetriebnahmen, Durchführung von Funktionstests sowie Analyse von Störungen auf System-, Netzwerk-, Service- und Integrationsebene
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Inbetriebnahme und Management Linux-basierter Edge-Geräte mit Fokus auf Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Skalierbarkeit

Qualifikation

• Technische Grundausbildung, z. B. als Informatiker/in EFZ, Elektroniker/in EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung, Koordination oder Umsetzung technischer Projekte
• Fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der Installation, Konfiguration, Integration und Fehleranalyse von Linux-basierten Systemen
• Erfahrung mit Python-basierten Komponenten und Skripten
• Solides Verständnis für IT-Netzwerke, technische Schnittstellen und systematische Fehleranalyse
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise im Austausch mit Kunden und internen Teams
• Deutsch Muttersprache und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Skalierung im Setup und Betrieb technischer Systeme
