Aufgaben

Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:

• Beauftragung und Überwachung von Instandhaltungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
• Durchführung von Objektbegehungen und Überwachung des technischen Zustands der Immobilien
• Verhandlung und Abschluss von Dienstleistungs- und Versorgungsverträgen
• Korrespondenz mit Mietern, Eigentümern, Beiräten und externen Dienstleistern
• Umsetzung von Beschlüssen der Eigentümergemeinschaften

Qualifikation

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Aus-/Weiterbildung mit Immobilienschwerpunkt
• Du hast alternativ Berufserfahrung im Handwerk oder technisches Studium
• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
• Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und zuverlässig mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
• Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B oder höher
