Aufgaben

• Sie übernehmen die technische Arbeitsvorbereitung mit Schwerpunkt auf Luftfahrtaufträge und prüfen eingehende Verträge sowie Kundenspezifikationen auf Umsetzbarkeit
• Eigenständig führen Sie Machbarkeitsprüfungen durch, fordern notwendige Kundenunterlagen an und erstellen Fertigungsaufträge gemäß den jeweiligen Anforderungen
• In Ihrer Rolle entwickeln, konstruieren und zeichnen Sie Vorrichtungskonzepte und erstellen außerdem Prüfunterlagen sowie Prüfanweisungen
• Sie pflegen den Kundenkontakt telefonisch sowie vor Ort, betreuen Projekte ganzheitlich und planen Neuanwendungen von der Vorbereitung bis zur Umsetzung
• Als zentrale Schnittstelle klären Sie technische Fragestellungen intern, unterstützen die Produktion und treiben aktiv die Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen voran
• Darüber hinaus wirken Sie an der Angebotsprüfung und Lieferantenbetreuung mit, bearbeiten Reklamationen gemeinsam mit internen Partnern und haben die Perspektive, sich zum stellvertretenden Luftfahrtverantwortlichen weiterzuentwickeln

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker in der Fachrichtung Fertigungs-, Verfahrens- oder Konstruktionstechnik
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Auftragsabwicklung ermöglicht es Ihnen, auch komplexe Anforderungen sicher zu steuern
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse setzen Sie souverän im Arbeitsalltag ein
• Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse in der thermischen Beschichtung sowie im Umgang mit MS Office und Oracle mit
• Der sichere Umgang mit CAD-Systemen, vorzugsweise SolidWorks, gehört zu Ihrem fachlichen Repertoire
• Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, ganzheitlich in Prozessen zu denken, zeichnen Sie besonders aus
