Zur Stärkung unserer globalen Support-Organisation suchen wir einen Tier-2 Technical Support Engineer mit starkem technischen Hintergrund, der die Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit dieser Systeme im operativen Einsatz sicherstellt.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Unterstützung unseres Government-Sektors:
  Leiste fortgeschrittenen technischen Support für behördliche und verteidigungsbezogene Kunden und stelle die zuverlässige Funktion unserer Twister-, Nexus- und Reliant-Systeme über ein breites Spektrum von Missionsszenarien hinweg sicher.

• Technisches Ticket-Management:
  Bearbeite Kundenanfragen über Jira Service Management, erstelle strukturierte technische Dokumentation und arbeite eng mit R&D und Engineering zusammen, um komplexe technische Herausforderungen zu lösen.

• Analyse von Flugdaten und Systemdiagnosen:
  Interpretiere Fluglogs, Telemetrie- und Diagnosedaten, identifiziere Fehlerquellen, überprüfe die Systemintegrität und empfehle geeignete Korrekturmaßnahmen.

• Teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit:
  Arbeite eng mit Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Support Tier 1, Sales und Training zusammen, um Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen, Prozesse zu optimieren und die Servicequalität zu verbessern.

• Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Produktwissen:
  Bleibe über neue Features, Komponenten und Funktionserweiterungen informiert, um deine technische Expertise sowie die Supportqualität kontinuierlich auszubauen.
