Im Zuge der altersbedingten Nachfolgeplanung suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung als Teamleiter*in (m/w/d) in der IT.

Aufgaben

• Du betreust ein 2-köpfiges Team und unterstützt die Kollegen bei der täglichen Arbeit.
• Du betreust die Informationstechnologie mit dem Ziel die interne und externe Kommunikation sicherzustellen.
• Als Führungskraft wirkst Du bei der Anpassung an den technologischen und technischen Wandel durch Einführung neuer Netzwerkkomponenten und fachkompetente Einweisung der Nutzer.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Überprüfung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Sicherheit der vorhandenen und zu beschaffenden Systemkomponenten (Kostencontrolling) sowie der Anwendungen.
• Du unterstützt des Controllings bei der Risikosteuerung.
• Du unterstützt die Organisation bei der Organisationsplanung /-entwicklung.
• Du übernimmst das umfassende IT Management und förderst das Innovationsmanagement, indem Du Veränderungsprozesse begleitest.
• Du analysierst aktuelle IT-technische und IT-rechtliche Entwicklungen und leitest daraus eigenständig strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab."
• Du bist verantwortlich für Dein Team von Personalführung bis zu Entwicklung.

Qualifikation

• Du verfügst über eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT und hast ein gutes Gespür für die digitale Welt.
• Als Führungspersönlichkeit überzeugst Du mit fachlicher Kompetenz, Empathie und Teamorientierung.
• Du hast erste Führungserfahrungen und möchtest diese erweitern.
• Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und hast keine Scheu vor digitalen Innovationen.

Du arbeitest mit Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität und dem Anspruch, gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen das Unternehmen voranzubringen.

• Einer Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
