Deine Aufgaben
Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung
Operative Mitarbeit in allen Bereichen der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr)
Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts und einer hohen Datenqualität
Weiterentwicklung, Strukturierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
Ansprechpartner*in für Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und interne Schnittstellen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Finanzbuchhaltung
Was du mitbringst
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter*in) oder Studium im Bereich Finanzen/Rechnungswesen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, gerne mit erster Führungserfahrung oder klarer Motivation, den nächsten Schritt zu gehen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB und sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Dinge voranzubringen
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
