Deine Aufgaben

• Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung

• Operative Mitarbeit in allen Bereichen der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr)

• Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts und einer hohen Datenqualität

• Weiterentwicklung, Strukturierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen

• Ansprechpartner*in für Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und interne Schnittstellen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Finanzbuchhaltung

Was du mitbringst

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter*in) oder Studium im Bereich Finanzen/Rechnungswesen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, gerne mit erster Führungserfahrung oder klarer Motivation, den nächsten Schritt zu gehen

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB und sicherer Umgang mit DATEV

• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Dinge voranzubringen

• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
