Aufgaben

• Du führst, coachst und entwickelst ein verteiltes BC/NAV-Entwicklerteam weiter (18 direkte Kollegen, cross-site)
• Du besitzt die technische Roadmap, Stabilität und Integration von Dynamics 365 BC über 49 Tochtergesellschaften
• Du designest und entwickelst Einhell-spezifische BC Core Apps (Einkauf, Logistik, Vertrieb, Service, Finance)
• Du baust Extensions und Schnittstellen (AL, API, Webservices); managst Release- und Change-Prozesse
• Du stellst Systemverfügbarkeit, Performance, Sicherheit und Datenintegrität der BC-Landschaft sicher
• Du treibst pünktliche, passgenaue BC-Rollouts in internationalen Vertriebsgesellschaften voran
• Du steuerst externe Entwickler und Dienstleister; alignst dich eng mit der IT-Führung

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 5 Jahre hands-on Entwicklung und Administration von Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC / NAV – das ist nicht verhandelbar
• Starke AL / C/AL-Kenntnisse – Extensions, Visual Studio Code, MS-SQL, Azure DevOps / Git, PowerShell
• Nachweisbare Projekterfahrung in ERP-Umgebungen – du hast komplexe Rollouts oder Migrationen gelebt
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens B2 – du kommunizierst souverän in beiden Sprachen
