Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst Support-Tickets, priorisierst, analysierst und löst Anfragen per E-Mail, Telefon oder im System – oft direkt mit unseren Industriekunden (m/w/d).
• Du bist die Ansprechperson für digitale Servicelösungen wie Kanban-Management-Software, SAP oder Plattformen wie Logistics One.
• Du monitorst unsere Systeme, erkennst Probleme, bevor sie entstehen, und hältst Kunden (m/w/d) proaktiv up to date.
• Du dokumentierst Incidents und Lösungen strukturiert und sorgst dafür, dass das Know-how im Team wächst.
• Du bringst eigene Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge ein, nimmst Einfluss auf Produkt und Prozesse und arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern (m/w/d) und Entwicklern (m/w/d) zusammen.
• Du begleitest mit deinem Support die Einführung neuer Software beim Kunden (m/w/d) und bringst Impulse für Produktoptimierungen ein.
• Du nutzt moderne Tools wie Microsoft Teams, Planner, Intune, SAP und unser Kanban-Management-System (KMS) und pflegst die Wissensdatenbank für das ganze Team.

Qualifikation

• Solider IT-Background oder starke IT-Affinität – ob durch Ausbildung, Studium oder Quereinstieg
• Offene, klare und freundliche Kommunikation mit internen wie externen Kunden (m/w/d), auch bei kniffligen Fällen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrend
• Freude an Verantwortung, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Blick fürs Team
• Bereitschaft, flexibel zwischen 6 und 18 Uhr zu arbeiten und dich nach Team-Bedarf einzubringen
