As part of our Food & Beverage EAME organization, we are creating a new role to strengthen pricing excellence and support sustainable revenue growth across our Savoury & Natural Ingredients portfolio.

Tasks

As Strategic Pricing Manager - EAME, you will play a key role in driving pricing excellence and revenue growth across the region, with a focus on Savoury (flavours, seasonings) and Ingredients.

You will work at the crossroads of Pricing, Sales, Finance, Strategy, and Operations, supporting value-based pricing, margin management, and strategic decision-making in a complex, international environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive and ensure consistency of pricing strategies for Savoury & Ingredients across EAME
  • Translate market, cost and value insights into concrete pricing actions supporting topline and margin growth
  • Support the conversion of commercial opportunities into profitable new business
  • Coordinate and monitor pricing execution with Market Clusters and Key Accounts
  • Manage the annual pricing cycle, providing inputs and guidance to local pricing owners
  • Contribute to the development of value-based pricing, defining value attributes (benefit & cost-to-serve) in collaboration with Strategy, Technical and Operations teams
  • Support deal evaluations (tenders, core lists, key accounts) with financial and strategic analyses
  • Build and maintain pricing reports and KPIs in collaboration with BI, Pricing Analysts, and Demand Management
  • Act as a business partner and peer coach within a virtual regional Revenue Growth Management community

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in Pricing, Finance, Commercial, Sales or Supply Chain roles
  • Solid understanding of pricing methodologies, product costing and margin management
  • Strong analytical mindset with high affinity for data and digital tools
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
  • Ability to connect strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Fluent in English (French is an asset, not a requirement)
