Stumpfe Kaltakquise vom Fließband gibt es bei uns nicht – stattdessen bist du strategisch dafür verantwortlich, neue, kreative Wege zu entwickeln, wie wir potenzielle Partner:innen erreichen und Leads organisch vorwärmen. Sobald die Leads lauwarm durch Interaktionen oder Newsletter-Abos bei dir landen, schaltest du auf Vorwärtsgang: Du entschlüsselst die individuellen Pain Points der Unternehmen und zeigst auf, wie wir sie supporten können. Du begleitest den Deal bis zur perfekten Übergabe an unsere Closer und legst damit die Basis für unsere Wachstumsziele. Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung: Du trägst das volle Ownership für den Aufbau unserer Neukunden-Pipeline und treibst den gesamten Bereich New Business eigenverantwortlich und zielgerichtet voran.
  • Konzeption: Du entwickelst und optimierst neue Wege und Kampagnen-Ansätze, um Zielkunden strategisch zu aktivieren und kontinuierlich lauwarme Leads zu generieren.
  • Kundenberatung: Du nimmst die generierten Inbound-Chancen mit hohem Elan entgegen und führst potenzielle Partner:innen über eine fundierte Pain-Point-Analyse durch den Erstkontakt.
  • Vertrieb: Du berätst Kund:innen absolut bedürfnisorientiert – wir verkaufen nicht um des Verkaufens willen, sondern bieten echten Support für die Herausforderungen der Brands.
  • Prozessmanagement: Du steuerst den Qualifizierungsprozess auf Entscheiderebene und übergibst die Opportunities mit maximalem Kontext sauber an unser Closer-Team.

Qualifikation
