Aufgaben

So sieht dein Job bei uns:

• Du führst die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung durch und behältst Debitoren, Kreditoren und die Kontenabstimmung jederzeit im Blick.
• Du erstellst Auswertungen und Berichte.
• Du unterstützt Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und arbeitest eng mit unserer Steuerberatung zusammen.
• Du optimierst Abläufe im Rechnungswesen und bringst eigene Ideen für bessere Prozesse ein.
• Du arbeitest mit modernen digitalen Tools sowie gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware (bei uns Sage).

Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d), Finanzbuchhalter/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung mit FiBu-Software, wie z.B. Sage.
• Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
• Du hast Freude an Zahlen, Prozessen und klarem Reporting.
• Du bist freundlich, teamorientiert und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen.
