Folgende Tätigkeiten erwarten Dich:

• Ganzheitliche steuerliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung deines eigenen Mandantenstamms
• Laufende und vorausschauende Beratung von Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Größen, Unternehmerpersönlichkeiten und anspruchsvoller Privatmandate
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
• Entwicklung steuerlicher Gestaltungsideen und Begleitung komplexerer Fragestellungen
• Beratung deiner Mandanten bei unternehmerischen Entscheidungen, Investitionen, Umstrukturierungen oder Nachfolgethemen
• Einsatz moderner Tools, digitaler Workflows und KI unterstützter Lösungen zur Entlastung von Routineaufgaben
• Je nach Interesse Aufbau eigener fachlicher Schwerpunkte oder perspektivisch Übernahme von mehr fachlicher oder organisatorischer Verantwortung

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Steuerberaterexamen und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei
• Freude daran, Mandanten nicht nur zu verwalten, sondern wirklich zu beraten.
• Neugier auf digitale Entwicklungen, KI, Automatisierungen und moderne Arbeitsweisen
• Lust auf Weiterentwicklung statt Stillstand
• Den Wunsch, Abläufe zu hinterfragen und besser zu machen
