Job Description

At TripleTen , we’re creating innovative learning products that empower people to master IT professions like software engineering, data science, business intelligence, and QA — no matter their prior experience. Our AI-driven and thoughtfully designed platform helps students build real skills and access meaningful career opportunities. We're passionate about making education accessible, engaging, and empowering for everyone.

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to define experience for learners. This is a 0→1 role. We’re not refining an existing learning pattern - we’re building a new one. You’ll help define how adaptive learning will works in practice.

This role will report to Head of Design and partner across the business with product, engineers, curriculum developers, and commercial teams.

What success looks like within 6-12 months:

  • Delivery of a novel learner experience model that introduces adaptive learning in a way that’s distinct from existing platforms.
  • Clear, well-defined core interaction patterns or system designs that may be eligible for patent or IP protection.
  • High learner adoption of new patterns, with users integrating them into their routine.
  • A design system that supports experimentation and fast iteration without compromising quality.
  • A collaborative reference for product and engineering teams, ensuring consistent design principles across features.

Brand:
TripleTen

What you will do:

  • Work in a 0→1 build, major pivot, or new-market entry, where requirements were fluid and the right experience was not obvious upfront.
  • Co-own the Learner Experience with the Head of Design, shaping the UX across all learner-facing surfaces.
  • Design adaptive learning systems that evolve based on individual needs, moving beyond static flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, iterate, and deliver impactful design solutions.
  • Drive rapid experimentation and iteration, ensuring quality while adapting to product evolution.
  • Ensure the design system scales and supports flexibility without compromising consistency.
  • Mentor and influence other designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
  • Communicate design intent clearly to stakeholders using prototypes, presentations, and documentation.

This role may not be a good fit if you need clear requirements, prefer to work within established patterns, prioritize polish over innovation, avoid conflict when quality or ambition are at stake, require a structured process, communicate only within specific teams, or expect a narrow scope in a small design team.

What we can offer you:

  • Fully remote, full-time role with flexible hours to balance work and personal life.
  • Paid parental leave and paid sick leave to ensure your well-being.
  • A supportive and inclusive team where empathy, respect, and open communication are valued.
  • Opportunities for learning, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Competitive compensation with transparent working conditions.
  • A suite of thoughtfully chosen collaboration tools: Miro, Notion, Google Workspace.

Requirements

  • Experience in shaping design outcomes that go beyond just visuals — influencing product direction, system architecture, and user behavior.
  • A history of shipped work that introduced new ways for users to engage with a product.
  • Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, where you must refine your designs iteratively.
  • Ability to deliver coherent cross-platform experiences while making thoughtful trade-offs between mobile and web.
  • Expertise in influencing senior leadership, product teams, and engineers with clear, evidence-based design decisions.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) with strong communication skills, able to clearly explain design intent to diverse teams.
