Sr. Business Operations Manager, CN ExpansionThe mission of Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is to enable vast global selection on Amazon's WW Stores through recruiting and supporting quality and compliant Sellers from anywhere around the world.Today, CN Global Selling (CNGS) supports millions of China Sellers for their success on up to 20 Amazon worldwide marketplaces including US, CA, EU, JP, AU, IN etc. Your and your team's responsibilities revolve around three main areas: driving analytical insights, developing business plans, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.I. Analytical Insights:- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover key success drivers and obstacles, focusing on both Seller and Sales behavior.- Share data-driven insights with stakeholders from China and international teams.II. Sales Operations - Develop and execute 3-year strategy and annual business plans and strategic initiatives- Ensure operational practices are fully compliant with legislation and policy through monitoring, accountability, auditing, and reviewing all practices- Manage and drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, performance levels, and process change initiativesIII. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Serve as operational leadership stakeholder in implementing new program elements in partnership with design and development teams- Coordinate with sales organizations globally, Product teams, and Category teams- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product, Technical, and Category Management teams- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business planningIV. Strategy and Execution:-Own and develop New Seller recruiting/success strategy and execution plan within the New Seller Recruitment Organization.-Collaborate with internal (Marketing, tech, central PM teams) and external (global product, marketplace teams) stakeholders to drive Seller experience improvement and growth success.3. Monitoring and Goal Setting:-Monitor Seller registration to on-boarding experience and efficiency.-Share goals with global and local PMO teams to enhance the experience and throughput.4.
