Ihre Rolle:

Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Software rund läuft – und noch besser wird. Dabei verbinden Sie Fachbereiche und IT, verstehen Datenflüsse und bringen mit modernen Microsoft-Tools frischen Wind in unsere Prozesse.

Aufgaben

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmenssoftware (z. B. KWP, eGecko, GFOS)
• Installation, Konfiguration und laufende Pflege der Systeme
• Support bei Störungen sowie Ansprechpartner für die Fachabteilungen
• Arbeiten mit SQL: Abfragen, Reports und Datenanalysen
• Digitalisierung von Prozessen mit Power Apps & Power Automate
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Tools und Lösungen

Qualifikation

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Ein Studium ist für diese Position nicht notwendig
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL (Select, Joins, Views)
• Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Administration von Business-Software
  (idealerweise KWP, eGecko oder GFOS – kein Muss)
• Ausgeprägte System- und Prozessaffinität sowie Verständnis für Datenzusammenhänge
• Interesse an modernen Microsoft-Technologien, insbesondere der Power Platform
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schnittstellen zwischen Systemen sind von Vorteil
• Eine Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz zeichnen Sie aus
• Sie sind kommunikationsstark und haben die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen aus Fachbereichen in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
