Dein Bereich als Social Media Manager fayn. (m/w/d):

• Strategie mit Substanz: Du entwickelst unsere Social-Media-Strategie weiter – kreativ, datenbasiert und passend zu unserer Brand.
• Community Love: Du pflegst unsere Community auf Instagram & Co., beantwortest DMs & Kommentare mit Charme und Haltung.
• Engagement: Du bringst Bewegung in unsere Kanäle – durch Interaktion und Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit.
• Trendradar: Du hast ein Gespür für virale Formate, TikTok-Audios und stehst auch gerne mal vor der Kamera, Instagram-Updates und weißt, wie wir das smart für fayn. nutzen.
• Projekt-Support: Du unterstützt bei Giveaways, Collabs & Aktionen – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
• Influencer Relations: Du scoutest spannende Creator*innen und baust nachhaltige Beziehungen zu ihnen auf.

• Du hast 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Social Media Marketing (Agentur oder Inhouse).
• Du kennst die Mechaniken und Algorithmen von Instagram & TikTok – und wie man Reichweite aufbaut.
