We are looking for a creative, trend-obsessed, and digitally savvy Social Media & Content Creation Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will help shape our brand’s voice, engage with our community, and produce visual content that stops the scroll. If you live on social media, have an eye for content, and know how to write a killer caption, we want to meet you.
Tasks
- Content Creation: Shoot and edit video content (Reels/YouTube) and design graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Copywriting: Draft engaging, brand-aligned captions for daily posts across all platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on industry trends, memes, and platform updates to ensure our content stays fresh and relevant.

- Content Pillars: Develop and maintain core content categories to ensure a diverse and consistent feed.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform regular "vibe checks" on competitors and industry leaders to identify gaps and opportunities in our current strategy.
- Growth Experiments: Propose and execute A/B tests on elements like posting times, hook styles, and CTA (Call to Action) formats.
Requirements
- Digital Native: Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Creative Eye: Experience with basic video editing (CapCut/InShot) and graphic design (Canva).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a knack for storytelling.
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring new ideas to the table.
- Portfolio: A link to your social media work, a portfolio, or a personal "creator" account is highly encouraged.
Benefits
- The role is initially a 6-month unpaid student mandatory internship with the possibility of paid employment after the internship.
