Aufgaben

• Gestalterische Konzeption: Entwicklung kreativer, plattformspezifischer Ideen für Social-Media-Content
• Content Design: Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Posts, Reels, Stories und Kampagnen im Tagesgeschäft – abgestimmt auf Marke, Zielgruppe und Plattformlogik.
• Video Editing: Schnitt, Editing und Color Grading von Reels sowie Umsetzung performanter Video-Formate.
• Trendgespür: Beobachtung von Design- und Plattformtrends sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Markenassets.

Qualifikation

Was wir erwarten

• Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Design & Medien
• Erste Erfahrung in Agentur oder Content-Produktion
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe CC sowie im mobile Editing
• Du bist Social Media Native und auf Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok & Co. zuhause.
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Kreatives Denken mit einem guten Gespür für Gestaltung und Trends.
• Aktive Nutzung von KI-gestützten Tools.
