Aufgaben

Damit unsere Marke weiter wächst, suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Social Media & Content (Minijob / Teilzeit / Werkstudium). Du hilfst uns dabei, unsere Founder-Profile sowie unsere Unternehmenskanäle mit spannendem, modernem und relevantem Content zu bespielen.

• Unterstützung beim Aufbau unserer Social-Media-Präsenz auf LinkedIn und Instagram
• Erstellung von Content für Founder-Profile und Unternehmensseite
• Planung, Vorbereitung und Veröffentlichung von Beiträgen
• Einblicke hinter die Kulissen (BTS), Team-Content und Event-Begleitung
• Recherche aktueller Trends, KI-Themen und relevanter Branchenentwicklungen
• Unterstützung bei Artikeln, LinkedIn-Posts, Case Studies und Content-Ideen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Sales und Foundern
• Unterstützung bei einfachen Bild-, Video- und Shortform-Content-Formaten
• Mitentwicklung neuer Ideen für Reichweite, Branding und Community-Aufbau

Qualifikation

• Interesse an Social Media, Content und digitalen Trends
• Begeisterung für KI, Startups und moderne Technologien
• Kreativität und Gespür für relevante Inhalte und Storytelling
• Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Erste Erfahrungen mit LinkedIn, Instagram oder Content Creation sind ein Plus
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express oder Ähnlichem
• Gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und ein Gefühl für moderne Kommunikation
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
