In der ausgeschriebenen Rolle sind Sie Teil unserer kleinen, hochspezialisierten Sensorproduktion. Sie produzieren eigenhändig Sensoren für eine bestimmte Produktgruppe, gestalten den Fertigungsprozess mit und verbessern diesen kontinuierlich. Im Team koordinieren Sie die notwendige Zusammenarbeit bezüglich einzelner Produktions- oder Entwicklungsschritte, führen notwendige Bestellungen und Dokumentationen durch.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Fertigung und Montage von Sensoren mit hoher Präzision, insbesondere von filigranen Bauteilen
• Strukturierte Planung und Steuerung von Produktionsabläufen
• Planung und effizienter Einsatz von Material, Personal und Maschinen
• Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
• Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sowie sorgfältige Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätskontrollen
• Kommunikation mit Schnittstellenbereichen, wie Lager, Vertrieb und Entwicklung

Qualifikation

• hohe Lernbereitschaft und technisches Verständnis
• Fingerfertigkeit
• sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und/oder Englisch
• Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Effizienzbewusstsein mit Fokus auf ressourcenschonendes Arbeiten
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Word und Excel sowie in der strukturierten Dokumentation von Arbeitsprozessen und Auslieferungen
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit sowie Offenheit für Feedback und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
