Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Das erwartet dich:

• Entwicklungsverantwortung: Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte, insbesondere unserer IS-FOX Awareness Plattform* und unserer Cyber Labs, die realistische Angriffsszenarien für Entwickler und IT-Administratoren ermöglichen
• Kundenzentrierung: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktmanagement zusammen, um Kundenbedürfnisse zielgerichtet und qualitätsbewusst mit angemessenem Zeitaufwand zu erfüllen
• Cloud-Architektur: Du gestaltest moderne, robuste Cloud-Architekturen in Azure und übernimmst Migration sowie Skalierung der Services
• Software-Standards: Du arbeitest nach professionellen Software-Engineering-Standards (SOLID-Principles, Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, …)
• Projektverantwortung: Du leitest Projekte eigenverantwortlich, triffst technische Entscheidungen und bringst aktiv neue Ideen und Impulse ein
• Mentoring: Du unterstützt Junior-Entwickler durch Mentoring bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Fähigkeiten

* Die IS-FOX Awareness Plattform hilft Unternehmen, Mitarbeiter in Cyber Security, Datenschutz, Compliance und Arbeitssicherheit zu schulen – automatisiert, unterhaltsam, lehrreich und mit minimalem Aufwand. Dynamisch konfigurierte Lernpläne nehmen Firmen die jährliche Planungsarbeit ab. Wir wollen mit unserer Plattform marktbestimmender Player in den Bereichen IT-Security und Security Awareness werden. Wir sind bereits erfolgreich am Markt, aber viele spannende Features wie Phishing-as-a-Service und spezielle Admin- und Entwickler-Trainings stehen noch bevor. Als Entwickler hast du die Möglichkeit, diese Funktionen technisch zu realisieren, unsere Plattform weiter auszubauen und mit robustem, hochwertigen Code die Zukunft von IS-FOX entscheidend mitzugestalten.

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit und hast umfassende Kenntnisse in C#, .NET, Angular sowie in der Arbeit mit relationalen Datenbanken oder vergleichbaren Technologien
• Cloud-Expertise: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Skalierung moderner Cloud-basierter Webanwendungen und Cloud-Architekturen, insbesondere in Azure
• Technische Methoden: Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Technical Refinements, Event Storming Workshops und Threat Modelling Sessions
• Projektmanagement: Du bist vertraut mit Projektmanagement-Aufgaben, insbesondere in der Anforderungsanalyse, Priorisierung sowie der klaren Kommunikation von Zeitplänen und Abhängigkeiten.
• Mentoring: Du bringst Erfahrung im Coaching von Nachwuchsentwicklern mit und trägst aktiv zum Aufbau eines kollaborativen Teamklimas bei
