Job Description

Aufgaben

Installation von Geräten sowie Updates vornehmen

• Mitwirkung bei der Abklärung von Planungsvorgaben mit dem Kunden (Baubegehung)
• Erstbetrieb unter Anleitung ausführen
• Unterstützung bei der Integration von Anlagen und Systemen an bestehende Systeme
• Funktion testen, optimieren und justieren ggf. mit Rücksprache
• Mitwirkung bei der Inbetriebnahme von technischen Systemen
• Abnahme unter Anleitung durchführen

Gerätereparaturen und Wartungen unter Anleitung eines Servicemeisters vornehmen

• Technischen Zustand der Systeme und Anlagen feststellen
• vereinbarte Leistungen gemäß Serviceverträge ausführen
• Systeme und Anlagen warten sowie Störungen beheben
• Fehler diagnostizieren und spezifizieren, Störung analysieren
• Abhilfemaßnahmen vorschlagen ggf. selbst durchführen
• Schadens- und Reparaturumfang ermitteln und ggf. zur Entscheidung weiterleiten
• Teile und Module austauschen
• Berichte und Protokolle erstellen bzw. ergänzen sowie zugehörige Unterlagen anpassen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung
• Idealerweise Medizinprodukteberater
• Mehrjährige Außendiensterfahrung
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft & flexible Arbeitszeiteinteilung
• PKW-Führerschein
