Du bist die treibende Kraft hinter unserem globalen Wachstum. Als (Senior )Recruiter & People Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest Du den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, findest aktiv die richtigen Talente und gestaltest strategische People & Culture Projekte mit.
Recruiting & Active Sourcing (70–80%)
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Anforderungsanalyse mit Hiring Managern bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Du sourcest aktiv auf LinkedIn und sprichst Talente direkt und überzeugend an
- Du entwickelst unsere Recruiting-Strategie weiter: Kanäle, Employer Branding, Personalmarketing
- Du bringst unsere Führungskräfte auf ein neues Level - mit strukturierten Interviewleitfäden, Assessment-Tools und Feedback-Frameworks
People & Culture Projekte (20–30%)
Je nach Deinen Stärken und dem aktuellen Recruitingvolumen gestaltest Du aktiv mit an:
- Performance- & Engagement-Prozessen sowie Pulse Surveys (Tool: Lattice)
- HR Business Partnering an unseren Standorten in München, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona und Warschau
- Trainings, Workshops und Leadership-Enablement-Formaten
- Digitalisierung von People-Prozessen und HR Analytics
- Integration von AI in unsere Unternehmenskultur - gemeinsam mit dem IT-Team
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, Active Sourcing und/oder HR Business Partnering
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Direktansprache und im Aufbau von Talent Pipelines
- Erfahrung mit Sourcing-Strategien, -Tools und HR-Systemen, idealerweise Personio
- Sicher im Umgang mit verschiedenen Zielgruppen und Fachbereichen
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigenverantwortung, Spaß an Dynamik und internationalem Umfeld
- Affinität zu AI, neuen Technologien und Social Media
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
