Du bist Sparringspartner:in für die Fachbereiche und treibst Recruiting auf ein neues Level:
- Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses (End-to-End)
- Beratung von Führungskräften zu Strategien, Kanälen & Auswahlprozessen
- Active Sourcing und Besetzung anspruchsvoller Positionen (u. a. IT, Vertrieb, Produkt, Corporate Functions)
- Durchführung von Interviews auf Augenhöhe – professionell, strukturiert, überzeugend
- Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Candidate Experience
- Weiterentwicklung moderner Recruiting-Ansätze und -Kanäle
Aufgaben
🧠 Das bringst du mit
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting (ca. 5+ Jahre)
- Idealerweise Background in Personaldienstleistung oder dynamischen Unternehmensstrukturen
- Souveränes Auftreten, Beratungskompetenz und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Erfahrung mit modernen Recruiting-Tools & Active Sourcing
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
