Du bist Sparringspartner:in für die Fachbereiche und treibst Recruiting auf ein neues Level:

• Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses (End-to-End)
• Beratung von Führungskräften zu Strategien, Kanälen & Auswahlprozessen
• Active Sourcing und Besetzung anspruchsvoller Positionen (u. a. IT, Vertrieb, Produkt, Corporate Functions)
• Durchführung von Interviews auf Augenhöhe – professionell, strukturiert, überzeugend
• Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Candidate Experience
• Weiterentwicklung moderner Recruiting-Ansätze und -Kanäle

Aufgaben

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting (ca. 5+ Jahre)
• Idealerweise Background in Personaldienstleistung oder dynamischen Unternehmensstrukturen
• Souveränes Auftreten, Beratungskompetenz und Verhandlungsgeschick
• Erfahrung mit modernen Recruiting-Tools & Active Sourcing
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
