Übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung komplexer Infrastruktur- und Industrieprojekte.

In dieser Position entwickeln und etablieren Sie Prozesse zur projektübergreifenden Ressourcensteuerung und schaffen Transparenz über Auslastungen, Kapazitäts- und zukünftige Personalbedarfe. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Projektsteuerung, operativen Bereichen, HR sowie Angebots- und Projektteams zusammen.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Einführung von Prozessen und Strukturen zur projektübergreifenden Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung
• Erstellung und Pflege von Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenprognosen auf Basis von Projektterminplänen und Projektpipelines
• Analyse von Ressourcenbedarfen, Auslastungen und Kapazitätsengpässen über mehrere Projekte hinweg
• Aufbau und Pflege projektbezogener Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanungen für interne und externe Ressourcen
• Durchführung von Szenario- und Risikoanalysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Projekt- und Portfolioentscheidungen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management und Projektsteuerung

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Ressourcen-, Kapazitäts- oder Projektplanung komplexer Infrastruktur-, Industrie- oder EPC-Projekte
• Fundiertes Verständnis terminplanbasierter Ressourcenplanung sowie Erfahrung im Forecasting projektbezogener Personal- und Kapazitätsbedarfe
• Sicherer Umgang mit Primavera P6 sowie gängigen Reporting- und Planungstools im Projektumfeld
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
