Als Projektleiter Customer Projects (gn) sorgst du mit klarer Kommunikation, vorausschauender Planung und wirtschaftlichem Handeln dafür, dass Kundenaufträge termingerecht, im Budget und zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden umgesetzt werden.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten von der Angebotsphase bis zum Abschluss
• Erstellung von Angebots- und Vertragsterminplänen sowie Abschätzung des Projektleitungsaufwands
• Prüfung von Angebots- und Auftragsunterlagen, Klärung offener Punkte und Risiken
• Übernahme des Projekts nach Auftragseingang und Erstellung interner sowie externer Terminpläne
• Koordination interner Ressourcen, externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
• Sicherstellung von Materialverfügbarkeit, technischer Abstimmung und Projektfortschritt
• Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Risiken und Zahlungsflüssen
• Baustellenabwicklung und Steuerung der Umsetzung bis zur Abnahme, Rechnungsstellung und Projektdokumentation
• Leitung von Projektbesprechungen und regelmäßige Kundenbesuche
• Aktives Stakeholder- und Eskalationsmanagement sowie Reporting an die Bereichsleitung und Geschäftsführung
• Durchführung von Projektnachkalkulationen und Lessons Learned

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Anlagen- oder Maschinenbau
• sehr gute Deutsch/- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Polnisch wünschenswert
• Kommunikativ, durchsetzungsstark, diplomatisch und strukturiert
• Vorausschauende, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Belastbar und verbindlich im Auftreten
• Teamorientiert und flexibel im Umgang mit wechselnden Anforderungen
