Aufgaben

• Strategische Führung und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Kund:innen-Accounts aus verschiedenen Branchen – von der Kommunikationsstrategie bis zur Umsetzung
• Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und Steuerung von Corporate- und Product-PR-Kampagnen sowie crossmedialer Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
• Fachliche Führung und Mentoring von Junior- und Mid-Level-Teammitgliedern im Tagesgeschäft und in Projekten
• Aktive Mitgestaltung der Agenturentwicklung: Teilnahme an Pitches, Entwicklung von Angeboten und Ausbau des Kund:innen-Portfolios
• Aufbau, Pflege und gezielter Einsatz eines belastbaren Journalist:innen- und Medienkontakt-Netzwerks zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit unserer Kund:innen
• Entwicklung überzeugender Kommunikationsstrategien und Equity-Stories für Wachstumsunternehmen Verfassen und Redigieren hochwertiger Inhalte: Pressemitteilungen, Gastbeiträge, Statements, Advertorials, Social-Media-Content und Reportings
• Organisation und Moderation von Presseterminen, Interviews und Speaker Placements auf relevanten Branchen-Events

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich PR/Kommunikation, idealerweise auf Agenturseite
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Teamführung – du weißt, wie man Menschen entwickelt und motiviert
• Gut gepflegtes Netzwerk zu Journalist:innen, Redakteur:innen und Medienhäusern, das du aktiv einbringst
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Neugeschäft und Pitch-Prozessen: von der Briefing-Analyse bis zur überzeugenden Präsentation
• Strategisches Denken auf Unternehmensebene: Du verstehst, wie PR in die Gesamtstrategie eines Unternehmens einzahlt und bringst Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kommunikations- und Wachstumsnarrativen mit
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Mindset und die Fähigkeit, auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
