Um dieses Wachstum strukturiert voranzutreiben, suchen wir jemanden, der Creatives nicht verwaltet, sondern verantwortet.

Du kennst den Unterschied zwischen einer Anzeige, die hübsch ist, und einer, die kauft. Du weißt, warum Menschen klicken — und warum nicht. Du hast bewiesen, dass deine Arbeit Umsatz macht. Und du bist noch nicht fertig damit.

Worum es geht

Du bist der kreative Kopf hinter unseren Ads. Vom ersten Hook bis zur fertigen Performance-Analyse. Das ist keine reine Koordinationsrolle. Du denkst strategisch und setzt selbst um. Du baust Funnels, keine Einzeltexte.

Aufgaben

  • Funnel-Ownership statt Einzeltexte. Du denkst in Customer Journeys — von der ersten Impression bis zum Kauf. Landing Pages, Advertorials, Listicles, VSLs, Meta Ads, UGC-Scripte: Du weißt, was auf Meta, Google und Native funktioniert, und warum.
  • VSL- und Video-Konzepte. Du entwickelst Konzepte und schreibst Skripte für Meta und YouTube — Hook-getrieben und getestet, nicht geraten.
  • Briefings, die ohne dich funktionieren. Du schreibst Creative-Briefings, die Editoren und UGC-Creator eigenständig umsetzen. So klar, dass niemand nachfragen muss.
  • Performance lesen, Hypothesen ableiten. Du liest die Creative-Performance aus dem Ads Manager, ziehst Schlüsse und briefst die nächste Iteration. CVR, CAC, AOV und ROAS sind für dich kein Reporting, sondern Werkzeug.
  • Strukturiertes Testing. A/B-Tests sind keine Kür, sondern Grundhaltung. Du planst Creative-Rotationen und baust einen Testing-Prozess auf, der skaliert.
  • Zielgruppen-Instinkt. Du sprichst Menschen an, keine Personas — bei uns Hundehalter, für die der Hund Familie ist. Du triffst, was sie bewegt.

Qualifikation

  • 3–4 Jahre Erfahrung als Creative Stratgist im Performance Creative / Direct-Response, idealerweise im DTC-E-Commerce.
  • Nachweisbare Ergebnisse. Du nennst konkrete Zahlen. Kampagnen, die du verantwortet hast, Copy, die messbar konvertiert hat. Kein Portfolio ohne Proof.
  • Nachweisbare Ergebnisse mit Meta Video Ads (VSLs, UGC-Style, Hook-Testing).
  • Verkaufspsychologie im Blut. AIDA ist für dich ein Anfang, kein Ziel. Du kennst Hooks und Storytelling-Strukturen (PAS, DIC, Before/After) und weißt, was Scarcity, Urgency und Social Proof wirklich leisten — und wann man sie weglässt.
  • AI-Native Workflow. Du nutzt KI-Tools wie ein Profi. Zum Recherchieren, Ideenfinden, Varianten-Skalieren und um Konzepte schnell umzusetzen. Aber du weißt: Der Unterschied zwischen mittelmäßig und brillant hängt immer noch an dir.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch. Du schreibst Copy, die sich liest wie ein Brief an eine gute Bekannte — nicht wie ein Beipackzettel. Niveau, das verkauft, nicht Niveau, das beeindruckt.
  • Macher-Mentalität. Du wartest nicht auf Briefings. Du bringst Ideen, setzt sie um und misst das Ergebnis. Du brauchst niemanden, der dir sagt, was als Nächstes dran ist.
